Spring is nearly here! So I thought it would be a good time to post a selection of pretty dresses from Retro and Vintage online shop Mod Cloth. There are loads more on their website which is regularly updated with new stock and they have really cute blog too!
These bags are made from hand woven plaid and floral cotton. The lining is durable thick cotton and the bottom of the bag and the handles are made from a tan coloured soft suedette. The bag measures approximately 40x 35cm and each handle is just under 50cm long (to fit comfortably over your shoulder)
Perfect for shopping, work or school. I use my bag all the time and it is hard-wearing as well as feeling soft and looking pretty!

I came across A space of my own by Caroline Clifton-Mogg the other day. It is full of photographs of home offices, craft studios and studies with lots of inspirational ideas for lighting, storage and furniture. There is everything from small office spaces under stairs to large artists studios and case studies from desginers and stylists (where to get to have sneak peek inside their studios). Below are some of my favourites…

black and tan umbrella dress
I made this dress from vintage Japense fabric. The cotton is super soft and I love the large black and tan umbrella design with the delicate yellow flowers. The top half of the dress is made from simple black jersey fabric and a black eslastictaed waistband. No zips or fussy fastenings! Shop here
